Nokia PureView 808 enters FCC, gives US tiny hope - read the full textBack in March we learned Nokia PureView 808 won’t be coming to North America – understandable, given Nokia’s decision to pull off Symbian smartphones from this market. Since the N9 skipped the NA market, we had no reason to expect the Finns to have a sudden change of heart for the 808 PureView....

Buy 808 PW if you want best camera phone. Buy lumia 900 if you want best smartphone. Wait till Q4 if you want both.

Ahh the monster cameraphone with its huge camera of super high quality....What a toy.PLEASE take a look at a REAL cameraphone and take a good look at the last 2 pictures...Its camera module alone is bigger then 1 half of the Pure View...

What you blatantly fail to acknowledge is the sheer ingenuity that people in Nokia R&D imaging have shown!
So read before you troll,arguments are always healthy but not like a half-baked pie with pure ignorance!!

i myself was a galaxy ace user, the phone suck big time, the most worst phone i ever had, the battery only last for 4-6 hours by doing nothing

I was just saying if have 8MP camera which its equal "3264x2448 pixels" so 16MP has to be 8MP X 2 which equals "(3264x2448) X 2 = 6528x4896" because 16 is double the number 8.
So why this PureView called 41MP and it has "7152x5368 pixels"! which equals to 18MP"

3264 x 2448 P = 7990272 P = 7,99 MP
(3264x2448) X 2 = 6528x4896 P = 31961088 P = 31,96 MP
7152x5368 P = 38391936 P = 38,39 MP

Are you as reliable as your calculations?

just one question, can android do such a big thing like 41mp camera sensor? I hope sony will release something like this. I'm sure sony can.. .

But it is proven that Camera Phone is HOT!
All (two thus far) awards won by Nokia PureView as proven this fact.

Apple and some Android phone manufacturer are improving their camera department simply because they agreed to the fact that Camera phone is workable.
