but, will it able to be modified such as, custom roms, in short, hacked by developers if they want to just like Samsung. I know Sony is very meticulous on their product like Ps3 and psp vita. well if you are just looking for a great camera phone then buy the pure view of Nokia.

Ouch, after XS scrubzored, the SGS2, and Samsung couldnt match it for whole 3 months, now it really becomes ugly for Samsung.
If LT29 comes out before the end of the summer, its pretty much game over......

Please read more before put comments guys. Qualcomm Snapdragon S4 is NOT ARM v15! Qualcomm has an ARM architecture license enabling it to build its own custom micro architectures that implement the ARM instruction set, so it has nothing to do with ARM v15 architecture.
S4 Krait is the name of Qualcomm's new out of order ARMv7-A compatible CPU architecture (previous generations of Snapdragon used Scorpion) which is designed for TSMC's 28nm process. Inside MSM8960 chipset are two Krait cores running at up to 1.5 GHz, Adreno 225 graphics, etc

Its more powered than S so sure Samsung S3 and htc should be back. And guys why are always saying about gorila glass. Sony having own scratch proof display so no need to worry about it.
