Perhaps available in 2013... what about eight/sixteen cores in 2015 ?
The WOW factor seems to pay well, doesn't it ?

Okay if this comes out with that kind of specs then either its battery will last like 2 secs or its going to last longer and it is going to be the best phone on the market.I mean what the hell??It's like they are making a small mobile workstation!

> In reply to Anonymous @ 2012-05-18 15:29 from smbp - click to readIf you actually took the time took compare the two devices you will see that the only thing this has over the SGS3 is more RAM, Camera and a slightly faster CPU. And reading how the SGS3 operates so far the RAM and CPU don't seem to have any issue handling ICS and Touch Wiz.
Whereas the SGS3 has a bigger screen, of better quality, more than 2.5 times the maximum storage space, USB OTG.
But the full specs of the LG haven't yet been released so this could go either way. I'm jus saying so far the SGS3 is the superior device :/
I like Motorola though :P

Spec wise this is a monster they'll unleash soon. I just wanted to see LG improve their support in terms of OS updates. That phone looks darn sexy!

> In reply to Simy @ 2012-05-18 15:15 from ajPJ - click to readSII was "smooth" due to it's 4 yeard old screen resolution. Veeery low screen resolution means cakework for CPU and GPU and high numbers in SYNTHETIC benchmarks. Real world application, the SII wasn't impressive compared to all the other qHD devices available such as the Motorola Atrix and later the RAZR. As they were more balanced, they perform and look great.
A dual core krait does a better job then quad-core exynos. Quad core krait will pulverize the competition for now.
Sammy fanboys needs to stop acting up so much. There are many better phones than the equal Samsung phone.
Both the 1 year older DEFY - as well as same aged DEFY+ - from Motorola is a much better buy than xcover.
SII was never a good phone compared to Atrix, Sensation etc, but it's low screen res causing high test scores meant good reviews. Plus all the massive marketing campaigns.

Lol, even with a gazillion cores and and 1 trillion of RAM will still suck, because you know, it's LG.
Great specs, ugly looking square brick and software working like CRAP.
S3 is ugly as well, but the software running on 128-bit memory bandwidth Exynos is too smooth to even look at another phone.
Why do you think that S2 was the phone of the last year and best Android phone to date ? I played with HOX and it's browser lags like crazy. HOX doesn't stand a chance in smoothness against my S2. GO figure how S3 will perform!

I know that in Brazil there is no 4G, but I also know that LG has a phone that works on both 3G and 4G! So they can make this monster a monster, and better yet it provides no exceptions globally over 3G 4G putting into it! would be amazing! Of course being sold here in Brazil! Please LG!
