Best OS for me currently. Windows Phone>iOS>Android. Google still has a lot to learn from Microsoft and Apple in software department. Both Windows Phone 7.5 and iOS work out of the box and give you less frustrations. Android has the most bugs out of the box and is a very inefficient OS. The Nokia Lumia 610 with 800Mhz Single core and 256MB RAM has no lag whatsoever. I can't say the same for quad core and dual core Android phones.

> In reply to Anonymous @ 2012-05-19 15:50 from IWP1 - click to readthere are a lot of phones still stuck in 2.1/2.2 without any updates and its getting worst because some apps are no longer comparable to old version and you have to keep in mind that 75% of the phones with 2.3 will not get 4.0 update may I know why??? Simply they old and worst the companies don’t want to give further updates just like HTC desire and SAMSUNG i9000 although the meet the software and hardware requirement ... and now you change your position again first you said no one need to root theirs phones and that’s the main cause of weak battery and lagging & Hanging and now you keen on developers unofficial ROMs in sake of your phones future … 2.2 was stable ??? my azz Gingerbread came after less than 5 months I wonder what’s the point of Froyo in the first place? And many Android phones are in 2.3.4 because the aren’t going anywhere further … EXECUTION

> In reply to Anonymous @ 2012-05-19 14:27 from nTpT - click to readAnother lot of lies.im an android user,4.0.3 ICS by Sony.my phone is Sony Xperia Neo V,since gingerbread 2.3.4,i had NO problems at ALL,No crash,FC's Etc (thats a fact, ask other Neo V users).update?who needs it?you seriously buy the phone just for the update?my previous phone,Xperia X8,android 2.1 had NO updates at all but is stable and thanks to XDA it is possible to go to ICS WITHOUT official update by sony.buggy?do some research,Froyo and gingerbread had no problems at all thats why many of the android are at 2.3.4 because its STABLE.
