B: Are you aware of the market difference in these phones?
Unfortunately we are bound to see Apple phones dominating the market for many years to come...
I preferred iphones when they were not owened by every man and his dog.... A more diverse market would be great, Customers need great flagship phones.
The market is flooded with different models and iphone have it nailed with just a few simple ranges.

What really bothers me is how much effort Apple puts on screwing product timings and thus us costumers. The HOX will overcome this quickly because it is a flagship, but the not so lucky GTab 7.7 -which is indeed a great product- received a lot of damage from this dirty practices, not to mention the German consumers and the rest of us who are still suffering the delay and limited availability. And they boycott just the best products, reducing the most possible the benefit of the consumers. :@

Apple probably alreasy knew that HTC had tweaked the phones so as not to infringe on patents. But being the sneaky company they are they blew the whistle to get the phones detained. They kne they would get through eventually but time is money and everyday those phones spent out of stores meant more customers that would potentially decide to buy a different phones instead, perhaps an iPhone. I'm sure this was a message to all manufacturers that Apple will play dirty when they can.

So, it looks like Apple has nothing better to do than to try and slow the Android takeover.
