today updated my se xmp 2 ics n ol is gud as der r no lags n battery performance is not best bt it is better,most imp d new gallery is mind boggling..Thumbs up sony!!!
I got my Xperia Pro upgraded yesterday and even when it's not exactly what most of us expected, it does fairly. Thumbs up SONY.

Got update via flashtool, pc companion said there was an update but got an error stating software can't be modified. Anyways ics is nice but camera focus is poor, and the four corners refreshes everytime you close a window, very laggy and also when you exit an app it goes back to the home screen and not the app drawer
already updated my XMP, very good, tough it's less responsive, overall is pretty great. :-D
for those of you who cannot update their phone due to some error or unavailability, use Sony Ericsson Update Service instead of PC Companion. it worked for me, hassle free.

Just updated my xperia mini pro a while ago and i had problems like album arts disappeared, loading the sd card in my pc is so slow and lag'ish games and scrolling.
i have tried to update my live with walkman to ICS as pc companion was showing that an update is available for my phone, but when i start uploading it an error occurred saying that "unable to start or install the phone software upgrade components".
is this the case with anyone else also? if there is any solution then please tell me guys..
Is there a way to separate the notification/alerts volume from the incoming call volume in ICS (Android 4.x)? This was option was available in Gingerbread but not in ICS.. Anybody pls help.. :(
