This phone is quite expensive!
I don't know, even looking at tests I think you're better off with something like Canon EOS Rebel T2i for $599:

But then again, you have to carry two devices with you and although one is professional it's also quite big.
I don't know... like some posts suggest, this might only be a fad! Be reasonable, you have a pro wannabe camera that although it produces really nice pictures, it doesn't have that extra features that real professionals need when taking pictures. And the OS is a wannabe smartphone that also lacks some extra apps that all smartphone users like.
But if you don't need all those extra camera+smartphone features and don't like to carry two devices with you all the time then this phone is perfect for you!
The choice is in consumer's wallets! :)

Its just 8 mega pixel with dgital magic from a big sensor.. cannot compare it to an dslr bcoz it doesnt have an evf.. does this have aperture priority? Shutter priority? Adaptive iso and adjustable iso to 25600? The noise from shots taken at high iso? Continuos burst shots till batteries last? The real or naked eye colored objects or subjects.. its just a fad and will quickly go away once you have tried it..

It's still gonna do great. People just need to remember that the 41MP is way more that you should use 99% of the time and will take a lot of memory. So use it only as needed. While using an 8MP setting should take stunning 8MP pics and reserve much more space.

Come on, this is not good. After a lot of analysis and reviews,comparisions all over the net, No carrier has stepped up? This is disappointing.

It will be released in the UK, but via Amazon only... not sure when though.

The reason Nokia did a u-turn in releasing it in the US was down to the demand for the device, so effectively, you're absolutely way off the mark with that comment.
