Why can´t Nokia partner with Google and cut ties with microsoft? Microsoft cannot be trusted, they have no ethics and are disrespectful to their customers and partners. Why can´t I have android on my Lumia? It is miles better than windows.

Now the Honda is also making diesel cars, so why can't Nokia make Android phones? Scared of the Battery life?

I Wish the Bluetooth connects between phones to transfer files. Only that stops people from buying the Nokia windows phone now.

I want a Windows phone and for me, it's got to be NOKIA 'cos of guaranteed quality and battery life. If Nokia ventures into Android, it has good reason to do so...afterall, they are the risk takers, not us and i respect the venturer's judgment.

Another hammerblow to Nokia. As if they would release a range of phones that could already be considered obsolete because the operating system is going to change! Why can't they make Windows 8 compliant with older phones? This is just Microsoft's style.

It's ridiculous that current Windows Phones won't get the Windows Phone 8 update, especially 2nd Gen! I thought the Windows Phone OS was supposed to be a highly optimized "light OS" that isn't overly demanding on hardware.

Even the iPhone 3GS is going to get the new iOS 6 update and that's only got a 600Mhz processor and 256Mb of RAM.

Goodbye Nokia, good riddance Windows Phone.
