Its really funny to see lot of ignorant nokia fanboys demanding a'former super laggy' dead os to the future smartphones. " SO i wanna remind you one thing, can you hear me? Symbian has already been dead in past year 2010". LoL

Well,I like it!
I hope Nokia will support Symbian ang improve it's hardware compatibility, support to HD screen and the projected but rejected putting dual-core processor.

If WP is the butter-smooth OS and Android has many developers then, admit it,Symbian is the best in terms of multi-tasking (even w/ a 256MB RAM and 1GHz processor,it can run up to 57 apps w/out lag)

I don"t know, maybe this was a project and now it's abandoned. Look at the date on the phone, august 2011, that's before the N9 launched, before scrapping everything for WP

so symbian fans really want from symbian to look like this. what, don't you guys love belle and always say it's better than other OS's? the OS shown in the vid can be compared to android and ios and even beat them, belle clearly can't.

Firstly, Nokia abandoned MeeGo.

Second, MeeGo has four thumbnails in a row, symbian three in it's menu. There's three in that.

Third MeeGo has totally different homescreens(so has symbian although) and they've black backgrounds. Have n9 and doesn't look like it at all.

Ok, is Symbian dead/dying or what????

They made the best cameraphone (at least in terms of it's camera) with Symbian, Microsoft screws them with WP8 not coming to WP7.5, not so long ago a lot of new symbian devices come...

Realy lost now. For me at least it would be cool if there was still Symbian, yet another option is never bad for the consumer.
