> In reply to jjegan2111 @ 2012-06-27 13:25 from vIfQ - click to readwell it all depends on what your running currently if its stock get rooted with odin(mobileor widows version) then like most people do install clock work mod recovery go in to recovery(same as download mode but the other volume button pressed)then wipe and reset factory settings after that install from zip i personall dont use cyanogen but i use custom roms based on it(mostly westcrip's resurrection remix)so i suppose after the install is complete you will have to wipe davlik cache and fix permissions

Come on guys...
You're on the internet here...
Do a bit of research - rather than just "ooooh is mine supported" - start reading up...
If you don't know what a ROM is or how to install... then chances are it's not for you...
If you want to learn more - READ UP ON IT! They even give you links (sources) above - see if your mobile is on there...

Dont ask here is there a cm9 for my phone ? My phone is xxxxxx, just go to cyanogenmod.cpm and find onthe device tab . is your device listed there if you cant find it there that means your device isnt supported by cm9. There is also the instruction how to install down there just look it up!

Go, Go CyanogenMod!
Well done!
For the people asking: its a custom Android firmware (ROM), pretty close to the "pure Google" experience, but with added functionality, like smart dialing for example. Version 9 is based on Android ICS 4.x and allows certain phone models (*cough* Galaxy S *cough*) to get that system version. Its also buttery smooth, rock-stable and very battery-efficient. It's an almost perfect system!
