Most phones haven't even caught up with 4.0.4 ICS yet, and still rock 2.3.7 Gingerbread. Manufacturers take ages to update it. Sony Xperia S has only JUST got ICS for the phone, even though it was already released before the phone came out.

i've got two concerns: how many already existing phones are gonna have it? (i believe very few, because phone makers won't bother) and an official jelly bean anouncement when only few phones are running ics?? i mean so early? besides that, i love jelly bean and i want it!
