Why does it look exactly like the S III? I like the design of the current Galaxy Note better. Also, it hasn't been long enough, seeing that the 1st Galaxy Note came to Australia in March. But I bet the specs will be awesome.
the reason i can't buy SG3 is because of the color choices... I need a strong color like black of metallic gray... grrrrr... White & a girly pebble blue? nah
would be nice to have quad-core...
well, i like s3 design. But i guess Note2 needs a different and distinctive design to make it different from s3.
But anyway, i'm on the waiting list =p
pleeeeeeeeeese post screen shot.

Also Nexus isn't samsung's flagship and it has always been mediocre at best
LOVES IT! ...but who wants to drop bucks on a flagship device when, before they even get it, there are rumors of something better only a few months away? A week before this is released, Sammie will announce the new Nexus

If the note2 had a metallic back I would jump ship any day. Hate high end plastic phones.

It clearly says "a design inspired by the Galaxy S III flagship smartphone."
Does anybody knpw if this will feature the new s pen that lets you take calls?
AnonD-21645, 28 Jun 2012I definitely agree it's for a different market...
And it'll always have slightly better spe... moreI don't notice that slight lag of the S Pen. I can understand the milliseconds delay that occurs with an active digitizer input system. As for the big size of the Note, they designed it to the size of a small Moleskine A6 notebook, only thinner. Even the concept of the flip cover was derived from the physical attributes of a leather notebook cover. It fits ok on a top shirt pocket, just as l would do carrying my small Moleskine notebook to sketch and think with. This is how I see it, and was a breath of fresh air that the Note can provide as a tool for thinking, writing and doing art, and all what any premium phone can give.
I saw the physical features of the Note being carried over to the S3, even supplementing the C-Pen and the same flip cover design that has horizontal slit for the ear piece.
GreekGeek, 28 Jun 2012Sure the S3 design must not be waisted !!! Use it to Galaxy Note tooOMG Will You people READ the Article BEFORE commenting?
AnonD-14560, 28 Jun 2012What about A15 quad-core?The dual A15s are just getting finished and mass produced. It has been a long development process and I don't think we'll be able to see the commercial availability of the quad A15s any time sooner than dual A15s.
Those SoCs will probably be implemented not before the next generation of flagship smartphones. Let's say for now the 2013 iPhone and the SGS4. There's a big chance this year's iPhone comes with a dual A15 SoC though.
Galaxy Note 1 i have is the most great phone and I'll buy Note 2 but i hope Samsung add extra features.
I'm so eager for the Dual A15 Exynos 5250

Its 2 times more powerful than the Quad A9 4212 and Krait Dual
