I got the same problem. how we can fix it. even back to use 2.3.6 like befor. any one hoow to do it please tell me please.

Samsung Galaxy S II Android 4.0.4 update problems. After installing the 4.0.4 update the Wi-Fi and 4G turn on and off intermittently. I have tuned off Wi-Fi and 4G in the setting and in the notification window but it still turns itself on, sometimes within 10 or so seconds. Other times it stays off for awhile. The battery life has also decreased significantly but it could be from the Wi-Fi and 4G turning on. I am hopeful that another update will come soon!

After android 4.0.4 update to my Sprint Gallaxy S II, the G4 continues to turn itself on. I think this is shortening my battery life. Either way, I shut it off and it comes on again in about 10 seconds. Otherwise everything else is working great!

hello my name is sunil. Am using samsung galaxy s2 , my cell has updated to ics v.4.0.4 when it updated to new version 4.0.4 my cell camera and Bluetooth has not working if anything solution for this.

i have the same problem as you..my gS2 is turning off by itself and could not turn in back on using it power button,,need to remove and back the battery to power it on..why is this happening?what should be the problem? my android version is still 4.0.3..please help..

Anyone having problems with thier phone turning off by itself since 4.0.4 upgrade?... over last 3 days I have picked up my phone and replaceit Will be turned off and the power button Will not turn it back on.. I have to remove and replace the battery for it to turn back on.

just updated to 4.04 its amazing--wifi bug is taken care of-wifi works great-icons size is slightly smaller.but good.till now everything looks better faster --thanks samsung

Reverted back to 4.0.3 since 4.0.4 is a real battery hog! I will just wait for official 4.1 to be released.

Did flash to 4.0.4 official PH XTC using Odin. Much better than 4.0.3 since it is more stable, faster and smoother response plus the wifi issues have been solved by the update. The best thing about it is after flashing Kies still detects the unit. Thank God!

I find it cool, still waiting for JellyBean 4.1 update. Hope to see the update before I change my mind ;) specially the no internet voice command, which is still a headache in 4.0.4, asking always 3G connection.

tried to update my s2, but at 99 percent downloading, it hang and nothing happen. my phone is rooted but running in official 4.0.4 firmware. any advise?

need help, i've updated my gs2 to 4.0.4, but only problem is i could'nt slide to adjust the screen brightness on the home screen anymore i need to go to the setings and adjust it manually there, why is this? i need some help, i want my shortcut back, please!
