I've worked in the mobile phone industry now, for a few long years, and the iPhone has been, and will always be the best phone... Customers always come in saying they don't like blackberry's because they have major software faults, they say that they dont like samsung's because they don't like how the phone looks or runs, they don't like nokia's because they are limited to what you can do, but when someone says they dont want an iPhone its because they don't like Apple as a company... nothing to do with the spec of the phone or how it runs. therefore ther iPhone is the best phone, however, Apple need to work on pleasing (haha) ther customers.,

iPhone 4S was released less than a year ago.... and that wasn't micro USB..... so why would the iPhone 5 be illegal?

iphone 5 will be illegal in EU, here the proof:

Harmonising mobile phone chargers will bring significant economic and environmental benefits. Following a request from the European Commission and in close co-operation with the Commission services, major producers of mobile phones have agreed in a Memorandum of Understanding (“MoU”) to harmonise chargers for data-enabled mobile phones sold in the EU. The industry commits to the provision of compatible chargers on the basis of the Micro-USB connector. Once the commitment becomes effective, it will be possible to charge compatible data-enabled mobile phones from any common charger.

Top Androids cost almost as much as latest iPhone, and on a contract they cost the same, but you get a lot more for your money when you buy a top Android! iPhone 4S is outdated today while S2 still feels like a new top phone!

Speaker output design,

I think, now noika got a chance to file a lawsuit against apple on speaker design. because my decade old nokia phone have same speaker output design.
Ofcourse some china mobiles(There wont be any name on it) which produce extremely loud music uses same design.

Regards,
Praveen

Fully integrated media/app marketplace: Android got that from Apple. Apple didn't invent alot of things, but they made alot of things better. Tablets were a niche, Apple brought them mainstream. Google followed. Anyone remember how ultrabooks were before the MacBook Air came out? Ipod touch came out before that media player Samsung is trying to push now. I know the majority of the fanboys on this site love to such Samsung/Google's teats but stop being so jealous and give credit where it is due. Most of the time the people who bring up the stuff that Apple supposedly created are butthurt Android fanboys.

> In reply to Nze 1 @ 2012-07-24 01:50 from ftV7 - click to readI'm sorry, but I don't see how Apple is always steps ahead. Notification bar? Android had it first. Video calling? Not the first. Free messaging? BlackBerry Messenger did that. Expendable storage? Haven't invented it yet, maybe in iPhone6 or 7.
Android isn't the best out there because there simply isn't a single "best". Each OS suits a different person but saying Apple is steps ahead is simply wrong.

> In reply to bolblizt @ 2012-07-24 03:17 from Ui}E - click to readYou know Apple will make an adapter and add a patent so no one else can sell it. They will take their 10% from all the new docking stations and be happy with that.

Time to get out your wallets to use the new iPhone.

Phillips have already made android dock that use bluetooth and micro USB. New iPhone will not use it unless it releases new bluetooth 4 it this iPhone
