@androidman Android has dominated because of clones. Just like Microsoft licensing Windows to many manufacturers, Google has done the same thing. They've licensed the Android OS to many manufacturers, and the outcome, performance is being sacrificed because, the hardware and software is not that made for each other.

I am an avid fan of Apple and I have 3GS and 4 with me right now. The only thing that I am missing is a larger screen. And I have to say very honestly that I have to switch to another brand if Apple doesn't come with the bigger screen. My personal opinion on bigger screen is that I do lots of internet browsing, checking mails, watching live TV. And I am planning to watch the EPL matches on my mobile this year. Processing wise, the 3GS is still better than most of its counter parts although it is more than 3 years old.

@Calin and all other blind fans of apple google android has domiated the world ios 28% and android 55% and samsung has BIG part in this as its galaxy range have beaten iphone in every manner even in america samsung has sold and earned double the sales of iphone!!! secondly from the first ios to ios6 the experience is same and the innovations are already present in android u cant reach the galaxy s3 when u r comparing iphone as it is not capable of reaching the king of display UEX speed comfort and features!!!

Apple makes IOS,Samsung makes BadaOS,no comparison here,Samsung clearely loses.Android its a platform that means its not 100%optimized for each phone producer,Apple instead performs great with his own software.Samsung is yet to make a clear, crisp display like Apple's 4/4S,the pixels are still to be seen on S3 despite the increase resolution. And the SuperAmoled has color unreal, good for showing not for real. The size is becoming to big on Samsung,Note is way too big,S3 follows,i dont want big pockets or purse to carry them.Apple got it right again,4inch its perfect to make the phone confortable.Samsung is yet to make a phone with good materials, way too much plastics, easy to scratch and cheap looking.Samsung has Flash, but not fully like they saying. If i was to pick,4S above S3!Imagine 5 what can do!This is coming from a Samsung user for 4years!

Apple, I think your over. I have had all the iPhones and most recently moved to the Samsung Galaxy S3. Honestly, if Apple thinks their next iPhone 5 will be able to compete, I think they're sadly mistaken. Apple will come out with a slightly larger screen and LTE, WOW! AMAZING! Sorry but everyone else has beat you to it, even Nokia. Don't get me wrong, I think that Apple has a good product but their technology is dated. You have to move really FAST in today's technology world, Apple is too slow.

I own an Android phone and it is waaaaaaay more amazing, usable and handier than an iOS, I have worked with many iPhone and STILL dont know why they love it so much, when I ask 'em why you love it so much- they go like this : It's and iPhone - Classic & luxurious - lol

> In reply to mondo @ 2012-08-01 17:56 from FMYK - click to readWell I think you are missing something! I am a iPhone/ iPod/iPad fan boy. I have owned (and still own) iPhone 2G/3G/3GS/4/4S and iPad1/iPad2/iPad3 and almost all iPod generation. Only in my household we have around 12 apple products. I have JB more than 100 devices for families and friends. A month back I got an Samsung Galaxy S3 16GB as a present, and I am officially by next week throwing my iPhone 4S and migrating to S3. Android is the future for the mobile users. What I like with Android is the choice of quality hardware and choice of companies competing with each other. Unless Apple licenses out their IOS to other hardware companies they will have the same faith as BlackBerry.
