Reality check we innovate on both manufacturing and design. The ONLY reason we are getting sued is because of our sheer domination on the smartphone front. Truth be told if they stopped supplying Apple, then one they would hurt the supply chain (not kill, but damage yes) AND they could continue releasing much more power and innovative features and design elements. Go and read about the S3 and tell me what its got then compare it to the 4S.... If 10 million phones sold in 2 months doesn't ring any bells than I don't know what will.
