Well I brought my phone yesterday at Best Buy and I have the latest update ice cream on my phone although i have a bad phone it will be going back for not holding a charge but i will be getting the same phone back though..

also i've been wondering, do we need ics first to be able to get jelly bean? or is jelly bean can be updated as stand alone?

this is a terrible update DO NOT DOWNLOAD IT
!!!!!! There are so many bugs visual and hardware related.
