part of me wants to see if Apple will bring out a 7inch (that is really close to an 8inch)

But another part of me screams whats the point. especially as this could sell more that the new ipad because of its price also it will lack features and storage also i will be very shocked if Apple can sell an ipad for £199 whilst still keeping those big profit margins.

As an Android user i might be interested and i feel that Google just cant seem to make a one stop shop and Apple and Amazon just do that better. i am kind of fed up especially in the UK as they just cant seem to get that right.

Am still yet to understand the physics behind tablets, since they are generally large smartphones with their downsides! A superslim beast of a laptop will do 4 me with my SG2 at my right hand side. Tablets were dead on arrival!

I don't understand what the hate is for. I rarely ever get impressed by commercials but this one did. I saw a lot of practical uses for this tablet, at least for my lifestyle but I suppose to others it doesn't appeal as much. I also don't get why people are berating the specs of this tablet, its great except for the screen. If the tablet runs smooth and can keep the smoothness for the coming years why complain? My only problem would be the price point, but I can get over it if this tablet delivers. Don't knock it till you try it boys and gals.

should have offered 1920*1080 screen .....1280*800 with 149 ppi is quite low...as in the new ipad the retina display gives a great experience with stunning sharpness...

Two things came to mind:

What will they announce on August 15th then? A Galaxy Note 7? Can't be a successor of this one either, because that would make this announcemnet stupid.
I might think that this is the "budget" Galaxy Note Tablet, but then again, the price doesn't indicate that at all. Then the August 15th would be a 5-series exynos with way higher resolution, at least.

The other thing is that Samsung really lashed out at Intelligen Design, there... That's rather shocking. Why would they ever put themselves in that situation? Even taking the Flagella! Hmmm... Strange decission..

it's not fair to present your product whit this animation. it's not a real person(I am referring at the hands). It's not convincing that this will be the real speed of multitasking. And the screen resolution it's poor.
