Updated through RSD lite as well - Phone is no longer O2 branded. So far so good, ICS is very nice and using Chrome on the phone is a blessing.
Version is 672.180.33, if Motorola release a newer version, will need to flash it again.

@ Zahidismaeel,
I updated my RAZR using your ROM via RSD Lite and everything works smooth and fine. 4.0.4 Android is faster than 2.3.6 which I had.
All guys, stop waiting official update and download it manually from Motorola site. It is same update you will get once its official.
