Please try and provide facts to back your claims or else your statements are possibly nothing more than wishful thinking.

> In reply to Chamamen @ 2012-08-13 20:53 from MNuQ - click to readNotice that you're staring to waffle and your arguments are starting to go all over the place. iPhone sales have increased exponentially with each iteration. In fact, up to iPhone 4S, each iteration has had sales that matched all previous iPhones combined. The iPhone 5 itself has projected sales of between 170-250 million phones, as they have also started to settle in China.

Regardless of sales, I myself am looking forward to owning possibly the greatest iPhone yet, along with whatever the next high end Lumia running WP8 will be. In my mind, the Lumia has an iconic design that matches or even exceeds the iPhone design.

> In reply to Anonymous @ 2012-08-13 20:07 from IVVP - click to readYes yes well said mate, Samsung is a little copycat not how much are you stating! I saw the link and laugh a lot specially of the iPhone 4 and SII copy lol not even close mate as for other things on that link...but apple isn't free from charge, because they copied LG prada design, inspired in SONY designs and stole Xerox's technology that makes what apple is today...so your great company is a thieft also but well, samsung is a better thieft ahaha

Man I only messing with your arguments, because all of you are bring old facts, and things now are not like "yesterday" anymore. Yes iPhone 5 will sell well, I don't believe that 90% of iPhone 4S will trade to iPhone 5 because the great apple costumers are the ones who have everything from them and then the ones o buy for business status. This I know for a fact because I deal eveyday in my store with this sales. But I will argue anymore because iPhone 5 isn't out yet so until then what everyone are saying are not facts but speculations ;) and thank GOD for google aquiring Motorola, give them a couple of years ;)

> In reply to Chamamen @ 2012-08-13 20:01 from MNuQ - click to readI don't really care if the truth is not to my liking, it is still the truth. People here were comparing Galaxy sales to iPhone, which iPhone was clearly ahead. Android combined sales however are a different story altogether, which is ahead of iOS sales, at about 60% market share compared to Apple's 20% share. Profitability however is clearly in Apple's favour at 77% market share.

Many people point out that this is unimportant. However profitability is what keeps companies going and already we can see the effects at Motorola with 20% jobs being cut and cutting back on models (news on front page GSMArena) as well as players such as Blackberry and HP leaving the tablet market.

Whatever the case, I am not a blind fanboy, and you should not be one too. It is ok to be a fan, which is simply about preference, as long as we deal in facts and truth. Fanboyism is when we cannot accept truths, and start lying just to win petty arguments online.

Defend defend defend, but to the unbiased, its embarrassingly clear how shameless Samsung is. Check this out:

Even the Sony, HTC and other Android fans would point out Samsung's copying tendencies. Apple themselves praised Nokia and HTC's efforts in original and unique design without resorting to blatant copying like Samsung.

> In reply to Anonymous @ 2012-08-13 19:48 from IVVP - click to readMate, your ignorance is refreshing also, how many companies sells devices with android and how many with iOS? Yes, Apple has to battle all of them but also Samsung and it's easier for Apple to stand out because it's one OS then Samsung that has others like them...so, join them all if it's fair and tell me if Apple wins lol but also history is history the old galaxy's were different from this SIII, this brought innovation unlike iphone 5 sorry mate is a fact for blind eyes, times are changing sorry, closed OS against an open-source OS PERIOD! I'll stay in open-source but not with samsung, SONY or MOTO with their unique designs!

Marketshare survey: Forget iPhone 5, Galaxy S3 can't even beat previous iPhone sales.

Sorry, but facts are facts. i prefer dealing in truth.

> In reply to Anonymous @ 2012-08-13 16:43 from IVVP - click to readThat is history mate and times changed...android OS is better, and I don't think that iOS can beat Jelly Bean. This Galaxy is different from any Galaxy very fast and responsive even without Jelly update that is near. Another thing is that Galaxy as to compete with other Androids from other brands like HTC, SONY, MOTO, LG and even ZTE or Huawei. If you join all this in to one OS beats the sales out from iOS sales. But I think now, Samsung can beat Apple on it's own ;) and I'm not a samsung fan really, more a SONY or MOTO fan because their designs are unique ;) to finnish, you have also to think in the consumers budget, iPhone 4S sold out very well in the near past and that consumers aren't ready to exchange to similar phone again. This is why Samsung will begin killing softly iPhone 5 because at because they at least brought something different in a 4.8" screen and also thin :D sorry, but also time will tell...
