Build quality = Nokia
Call quality = Nokia
Signal reception = Nokia
Camera = Nokia
Screen = Tie, WP doesn't have high resolution yet so we can't tell, but Nokia ClearBlack tech has best outdoor visibility out of anyone.

Samsung is making the best move now as Android sales slow up.
People want and are told to like windows Phones.
and We all do, Samsung needs this or it will be like HTC and have problems without leading handset like the Number 1 on Amazon for sales Lumia range.

Why would only Windows Phone fans be happy?

Surely anyone interested in a less intrusive product being prominent in the market would also support this.

> In reply to Anonymous @ 2012-08-14 09:10 from mSmC - click to readIt's not selling because of Symbian. Hopefully, WP8 should change that. I've been desperate to get my hands on a PureView-equipped phone, but Symbian is a major let-down.

And here are just a few of the reviews of the "Purefail" and "Pureview junk..."

WWW.DPREVIEW.COM (DIGITAL PHOTOGRAPHY REVIEWS)

"There are inexpensive compact cameras that offer more photographer-friendly features than the 808, but as a cameraphone, the Nokia blows its competition out of the water, and significantly narrows the gap between dedicated cameras and portable communications devices to the point where ultimate convergence seems all but inevitable..."

---------------------------------------------------

"Take one picture with Nokia's 808 PureView and all will be forgiven. We dare you. It's difficult to relay exactly how thoroughly awesome this camera is and how stupendously phenomenal the resulting shots are."

---------------------------------------------------

"The noise is kept low and the level of detail is amazing."

"The oversampling can almost completely get rid of noise while producing a stunning amount of fine detail."

---------------------------------------------------

"Camera: Astounding, breathtaking, stupefying..."

"This phone’s image quality is so far ahead of the competition that it really has no competition."

----------------------------------------------------

"The pictures taken are leagues ahead of any rival phone."

"Video comes in at 1080p and is as excellent as the peerless, noise-free pictures."

----------------------------------------------------

www.theinquirer.net

"Based on image quality, the Nokia 808 Pureview is undeniably the best cameraphone available on the market today..."

----------------------------------------------------

Still want to live in denial?

> In reply to LOL @ 2012-08-14 08:20 from mSmC - click to readIt's not "just a camera." It's a brilliant camera. One that can compete with a DSLR. Check out the reviews on on the Web. Check out the images taken by it that have put up on many sites. The quality is amazing! "Just a camera" is what I'd call what's on the Samsung Galaxy series, or the HTC One series, or the Sony Xperia range. I agree with you that the 808 does not provide a good smartphone experience, but you've got to give Nokia credit where it's deserved: that they've produced an exceptional camera for mobile phones that's unrivaled in performance in the industry.

And another nail Nokia's coffin. They're doomed for sure now. Upcoming Samsung handsets have way better specs than any Floppia or Pooview junk. And where's Nokia's answer to the crushing competition?

so where is the honor for Nokia?
I see Nokia has no honor before MS and I begin to see clearly that MS is planning to acquire Nokia gradually....
it will be surely come to pass sooner than we expected.
Poor Nokia...they have nothing to fall back on...
I wonder why we are being deceived that Nokia is focusing on MS while MS is focusing on other partners especially Sammy... .
it is well....

Nokia is just one of many Windows 8 phones, and not even the best because Samsung is far better! Nokia is nothing now when they do not have their own Symbian or MeeGoo, and not even they are allowed to customize Windows 8 at all making Nokia phones almost identical to Samsung... phones! Goodbye Nokia!
