Verizon DROID RAZR HD to feature an 8 MP camera - read the full textDespite earlier reports, the upcoming DROID RAZR HD will not feature the extended battery capacity of its RAZR MAXX counterpart. This is disappointing, as there was talk that the undisputed king of our battery life test may finally have met its match. The camera will also be of the 8MP variety ...

> In reply to Anonymous @ 2012-08-18 11:35 from q8QD - click to readAnd what exactly is "IT"? I simply pointed out that the number of cores means nothing at the moment. Many buy in to this core race, as they did the MP race in phones and MHz race in CPU's before.

In the PC world we have a 8-core 3.1 GHz CPU (FX-8150) with weaker performance than a dual-core 3.1 GHz CPU (i3 2100). In other words, check performance first, then rant about weaknesses, not number of cores and other nonsense crap.

This particular dual core outperforms the popular Tegra 3 quad-core. We've also seen single-cores with similar performance as this dual-core and the other quad-cores. is this the "IT" you claim does not matter?

New things 'round the corner? Seriously. . .
There will always come new and better HW, what was your silly point here? We all know this. Point is now, and available competition.

You will never get WP8 on Lumia 900 so you're sttled with this decision and say you don't want like 4 years old child.

> In reply to zahid @ 2012-08-15 21:42 from JxRv - click to readGuess what? The delay in EU of ICS is all on T-Mobile's coat, they delayed it due to a fight with Google and T-Mobile's stubbornness. Stable ICS release for RAZR was avaiable already in January/February.

Are the others any better? No, stop being so ignorant. It actually pains me to read your comment. Sammy gives such crappy updates they force their users to buy new phones. HTC is just the same, or slightly less bad. Sony keeps changing their mind once or twice a month. "No 2011 device will get updated", or maybe, well. . . not sure, yes, maybe, maybe not.
LG? hah!

All you need is to check out any facebook site or forums, you'll see the same complaints of everyone, execpt from fanboys and fanboy sites.

Apple? Where did that come from? Different camp, but ok. To be honest they aren't all that good on updates as they were. Excuses, they rock, for those who actually buy their excuses.

> In reply to Hanz Lew @ 2012-08-16 20:25 from uCmc - click to readGet some knowledge before posting useless comments. It has Dual core Krait, which outperforms some quad-cores and is on par with others. Number of cores alone says absolutely nothing about power. Same CPU here as in Atrix HD which outperforms any Tegra 3 quad-core in example.

people are blaming motorola why they release this kind of phone. for your information, the specs inside this phone is based on motorola's client--VERIZON. the voice of the client should be followed. what verizon wants then moto should provide. now, blame verizon not lol.. is it not?

I know it's not getting WP8.

The users never wanted it too as well.
It's best to support Nokia and get the new Windows Phone 8 they will be showing next month.

They release great hardware.

Shame it's embarrassed by using the lag-droid OS.
Motorola needs Windows Phone on this hardware
to gain sales and show leadership again.

Supporting Elop's leadership by selecting Lumia 900.AT&T network.
