i dont think apple to call lawsuit now bcoz this tablet is far different from ipad's design and ofcourse the hardware is from samsung himself. apple wants to buy this hardware from samsung

YOu rarely see products from LG, Samsung, Sony and the rest to actually cost list-prices in stores. Apple devices often do, however.

Sure the price is a bit high, but when you actually think of it, it packs some stuff that makes it quite worth it compared to other recent tablets.
S-Pen, and the software that S-pen bundle comes with. The Adobe software.
Sure, there are some let-downs. Screen resolution, but apparently full HD is to high for fluidity on the chipset inside, likewise with tegra 3, and the rest at that generation. But sure, they have instroduced Exynos 5 now, so if they waited just a couple of months, they could have made it Full HD.
And isnt Exynos 5 supposed to support LTE?

Well either there is something even better coming this fall, perhaps a Note with Windows RT.

At this moment, this is the tablet for me to buy, the S-Pen and productivity suite makes all the difference.

Once again, Samsung has priced themselves out of the market. It's no surprise their best-selling Galaxy tablet right now is also their cheapest (the SGT2 7.0). You'd think they'd have caught on by now.

Nobody wants to pay $500+ for any tablet that isn't an iPad, plain and simple.

Strange, apple hasn't started a lawsuit on the Galaxy Note 10.1 yet? They are usually super fast on that.

Yeah I agree, S-Pen should have been on the bottom. But I guess this way they will sell heaps more S-Pens as they fall out and people lose them or damage them when they hit the ground....

Having a Note 5.3 already, I know this is some worthy kit... I have only one question: does the bundled Adobe Ideas support the S Pen? If so, who cares about the screen Rez? It's vector gfx! I'll just have to bop over to Best Buy and find out. If is IS, then this becomes akin to a portable Cintiq slate and *very* useful & fun, and I'll be looking to sell my iPad 3 and Jot Touch stylus and do the big swap! Any takers?

There is one flaw....S-pen should be located from the top not from the bottom!
