Xperia S is plagued with display tint issues...Sony just can't make anything perfect...there HAS to be some flaw in EVERY ONE of their products.

Glad to hear the news. Some some S2 owners may decided to keep their phones longer, I think it will generate goodwill among Sammy's customers and help their business longer term. I'm a Galaxy Note owner and I am happy that I may also get the JB updates too.

glad that S2 owners are not forgotten. I hope the improvements in JB brings more feature closer to the original JB by google. The current ICS seems missing a few features if compared to S3

This really shows how important the s2 still is in the smartphone market.
Moreover it shows that the galaxy s2s hardware(designed 1 and half years ago) is STILL capable of competing with TODAYS smartphones......
Galaxy S2 the greatest phone ever.

They're releasing Jelly Bean for Galaxy S2 ? Why can't people just throw the old S2 aside and upgrade to an S3 or something??

At least give us Gingerbread to pave the way for CM 7 or MIUI!!!!!

> In reply to Baldy @ 2012-08-16 17:01 from JK%K - click to readGalaxy S with only 2.2? You should at least update to 2.2.1 because it runs a hell of a lot smoother, because the 2.2 without the .1 is really laggy, no good job of Sammy, but all versons after that, were really good.
