I updated my galaxy R to ICS recently but I’m facing a minor problem while playing games that while playing it stucks for a few micro seconds & then resumes again causing alot of trouble.
Moreover the battery drains out faster than GB.

i updated my galaxy r to ics which was not a good decidsion because
1 battery drain
2 ram consumed always 455 and above
3 phone beecome sluggish
battery drain was major problem with ics in galaxy r so i revert back to gingerbread.

Don't even think of upgrading your Galaxy R to ICS. I just did it couple of days back and I am not happy about it. Performance is not good, Eats battery like hell. Now, I mostly see 600+ MB is used by the system which makes phone slow. My Video play is screwed. I am going back to older version :(

Did anyone tried to do a factory reset after official ICS update? I am scared of the rumours that it would brick the phone.
