This is getting ridiculous, cores, processors, CPU... most people have no idea what this stuff means or does. This phone looks exactly like the Xperia S and I guarantee that if I gave the majority of you the old Xperia and told you it was the new one with the fancy core, CPU and all that you would not know the difference.

Sony just is not up to par with inventing and hardcoring like Samsung. And Samsung has made some sexy phones too. The galaxies just tend to be a little more simplistic. Sony definitely has some awesdome designs, but like everyone else they have planty of repeat, generic, and plain looking phones.

Good job showing ignorance. bigger is not always better, but it is to those that like it. Not to mention it is way better cause Amoled. Which is one of those reasons you asked for. Not to mention bringing most of the amazing inventions and innovations we love and being the first and best at a lot of them and making spectacular electronics among other things.

Pretty cool phone and great specs!
I like the looks of the XperiaS but I do miss that light feel of the sleek looking Arc.
Wouldn't mind getting my hands on this one but as my Arc is just perfectly new after more than one year of use... I will skip it.
Good job Sony!

i don't know why a lot of people like samsung very much, they looks is similar with iphone (except gs3). i prefer to use xperia s than gs3. bigger screen doesn't mean better, i think 4"-4.3" screen is already good, it's not too big or small. i respect SE because they have their own uniqueness on their design. definitely will buy this SL

Galaxy s3 screen bigger than sony Xperia SL. and im happy with my Galaxy S3 i dont need sony phone with 1.7 ghz. GS3 STILL THE KING.

A DEAD interface? hey! as you said better use the xperia mobiles before commenting against the handset. I used samsung galaxy s2 its fast but i really looks like china phone and the user interface looks like a china copycat of iOS. (rectangular shape icons)
