@mike, Xperia J is NOT going to be priced as the Xperia Arc S becouse they are NOT in the same price category. Xperia J is a ENTRY level device with a price tag of 150€ (186$). I say, this Xperia J is just what Sony need to get the bigger peace of the pie and i will buy the phone, some of my friend to. Got job Sony. Bravo!

> In reply to mike @ 2012-08-24 19:58 from LB2{ - click to readFor Sure! The only thing this phone has over the Arc S is a front camera otherwise it sucks compared to the Arc S. Even to this day I'm so bummed that they did not put a front camera on the Arc S. Aside from the increase in CPU speed,a front facing camera would have made the Arc S an epic single core phone

i really can not understand why everyone keeps using snapdragons s1 and not s2. less powerful, adreno 200 is nothing compared to 205 and less energy eficient.

By the way... Where are Sony's QWERTY phones??? last two were the Pro and Mini Pro...

This chipset is weaker than this used in 2011 Xperia lineup. My Neo V has got some choppiness here and there, so i don't know how Xperia J will work, especially with ICS onboard. Despite this it can be a nice bang-for-a-buck when priced well.

Oh my! This design is staggerin', fresh, innovative, surprising, unseen.
No. Well, it was once. This is a darn great design from Sony but it has already reached the end of its lifespan.
