Wasn't LG supposed to launch a smartphone with a 5" 1080p (1920x1080) screen?

So why does this device use only a 1280x768 screen?

and by the way - also HTC is supposed to soon launch a smartphone with a 5" 1080p screen...

This one maybe power-hungry. APQ chip doesn't have built in modem. LG should use MSM. Moreover, LG's software update track record is terrible.

i can*t stand having a verry powerful phone that looks this bad. It*s like having a Ferrari engine in an old volvo. c'mon, make it special, that's what apple does it and they're doing great with less powerful phones

I remember when LG Optimus 4x was tested a couple of weeks ago, its battery life is very dissapointed. Even compared to HTC One X, Optimus 4x got worse in all test category.

I hope it doesn't have a build-in battery like the other new devices.I know that they want to make devices thinner but a build in battery is a very stupid solution.......

Anyways, I hope LG can combine their Nova and True HD displays so it can achieve 700 nits of brightness, that'll make everything readable in direct sunlight :D

I got Samsung Galaxy S 3 and its so fu*n fast like super man no matter what i load in to it.
Now this LG phone i really really hope its thinner than my phone and even faster :) for one reason ! cause i want Samsung to give me more power on the next generation. unfortunately Apple couldn't challenge Samsung and never stand the chance in-front of it but i hope LG can do that lol
android devices FTW. as for applae fan boys you can stick with the restricted Bluetooth for ever lol

Hmm I find the charges count weird also. I have an old Android smartphone here for 2 years already (SE Xperia X10i) and it's still alive even if it does 1-2 charges everyday, sometimes 1 charge only for 2 days during weekends because I play my gaming PC (BF3 xD) all-day. And that means my phone's battery has have 1000+ charges already

What's this 500 charges thing?? I used my last mobile for nearly 2 years, which I used to charge everyday so that's 365x2=730 charges, and it was still running as fine as it did the day I bought it.

500 charges? What is that? 500 recharges of the battery? Isn't it too small? Something wrong here, my Omnia's 4 years old now and still with the original battery. And I am a heavy user... with 500 charges it must have been gone 2 years ago...
