SAMSUNG is a thief and a poorly made product. From LCD TV's to smart phones where you have to remove the battery once a day to keep it going. Come on guys do some research about there products.

There will no be any new surprise about iphone 5.
Apparently iphone 5 is much weaker than S3 in term of hardware.

I think the 'facts' you've come up with have done more to highlight how weird these claims are by Apple than anyone else could have if they planned it.

Why doesn't Samsung just demand all of the parts that apple uses in their products back. Force a massive recall on basically all apple products. Am I foolish in thinking Samsung should do this?

IMO if Apple were as innovative as they claim to be they should be thinking on the next level of design and user interface leaving the competitors looking as good old copies.

But by acting as a patent troll trying to stop competence by claiming themselves as the owners of squares with rounded edges, its the confirmation that in the long run they wont be able to keep up.

oh pliz.apple saw samsung coping them and they remained silent.just after the launch of s2 and s3,apple took notice that they could not compete with those two droid bosses and that's when they raised their heads and cryed out to the jury for help! Its like this,a thief picks a $1 from your pocket and seeing then you just say,"its ok i've got more $$.then you relised instantly that the thief left you with nothing and that's when you would shout out"ive been ROBBED"!!!why was apple silent when those s2 wher lanched?coz they are lazy!

Have you goys noticed how many comments this story is getting, more than the iPhone 5 story, speaks volumes on just how popular Sammy is getting. Samsung is stirring emotion, best free marketing ever, apple has dragged Sammy into headlines giving them so much public awareness, 1 billion is very cheap for all this free advertising, way to go Sammy.
