1) Why do HTC want to get sued if it is launched in US?
2) China market is 4x larger than US and the number of people who own a smartphone is way less than North America
3) HTC is an Asian company

I think it has great design features.
Love the curved shape, the minimalistic camera crown.
It seems it has a polycarbonate shell
and the MHL port on the bottom side.
The 3.5mm jack is not shown on the pictures but
likely because of the I/O it's on the top left.
In my opinion it would be a nice feat to have it at
the bottom though.
Overall the design is very plesant but still susceptible to improvements.
If they would be willing to put the jack on the
bottom besides the MHL, the top of the phone would be
"blank" and the I/O could be positioned in the middle
for left or right hand handeling. Beside it a SIM tray on one side and an SD drawer on the other seated comfortable in the unibody. Another idea is to add a
designatable button on the lower right side to serve
as a camera button or something of your choosing.
Personaly I'd also ditch the capacitive touch buttons in favor of on-screen ones and put insted:
A) another front-facing speaker,
B) the ff camera or
C) the notification LED
For info or hire I'm contactable via g+ #FrbezArt
Cheers!
