its always gonna be the same, some people will buy iphone 5 then 6 then 7 then Uncle Sammy will come up with a better specced SGS 4,5,6,7 and we will continue spending the hard earned

I think Apple are scared of creating new design. As competitors(samsung, HTC etc..) will be ready to sue, as they own rest of the designs ;)
