Well, the images are very good if you consider that they have been taken with a mobile phone.
Yes, there's highlight clipping, but with a 1/3.2'' sensor this is something you have to expect and that you will have, more or less in the same way, on the GS3, Lumia 920, Xperia S and so on.
These phones can take amazing pictures when you compare them with the quality you could get from a phone only a few years ago.

Improvement in camera department does not sound dramatic, but add good value. Most probably why, throughout the entire keynote, there had been no major brag. Why, the base product had been highly impressive to allow it. The muscle area is the OS which cannot be argued, remain splendid.

This year that christmas is apprpaching look at the phone apple is bringing to people celebrate it..People will go in for Samsung Galaxy S3 ,Samsung Galaxy Note 2, Sony Xperia T,J V and also Nokia Lumia 920 and 820...apple has lost

Nothing impressive, I can't say that these photos aren't decent, but I doubt that the quality of the iPhone5 camera with be higher than that of the iPhone4S, given the 25% smaller sensor... Btw, they can't use oversampling with 8MP camera and even if they did that, Nokia would take them to court...
