Yes it is now available in India. I am downloading it... It is available on OTA as well.. You should have 2.5 GB of free space to download it.

This is why I respect apple support their products software. I have an Ipad 2 i paid $150 best decision I ever made. Apple phones are not my style but you can't argue they make the best tablets. Android plus Ipad 2 or 3 with an unlimited data plan and tethering equals the best combo. I tether my phone data to my Ipad all day. Games run much smoother on Ipad aswell. Android tablets are pure garbage yes even the Nexus 7 and Asus transformer
