Samsung adds iPhone 5 to its patents infringement case - read the full textSamsung had already made it clear that they intend to add the iPhone 5 to their patent infringement case against Apple as soon as the product launches. Sticking to that claim, Samsung has done exactly as promised, and the new iPhone 5 now joins the previous iPhones, iPad and iPod touch in Samsung's...

Especially when others go back they have real claims and technologies apple actually stole. Not to mention if they didnt fight back then Apple would just easily win all cases and take over. What could would that do? Apple needs to be slammed from in all directions from everyone they are bullying so karma takes its toll and maybe some people will actually realize the truth and Apple might actually have to start inventing

Was browsing the home page on GSMArena (The best mobile Phone site on the planet By the way) In the section “Current rankings By daily interest” iPhone 5 interst a weeks or so ago was like 2 x that of the Galaxy 3, but in the last few days i5 interest is diminishing at a rapid rate. If the ratings are based on reader comments its no surprise that interest was high. A quick observation shows that any topic that has anything to do with Apple and i5 about 70% to 80% of the comments are on trashing Crapple and i5, and for good reason. Crapple have revealed how malevolent they truly are.
If there was a section for trashing a company or mobile phone Crapple would truly be top of the list.. Just shows the only interesting thing about Apple these days is how they are pissing off everybody..

Another one; Mac Barbie Air, try HP's Sojourn also from 1998, ultra thin, ultra light but with ports, and guess what, with a 'chicklet' keyboard...

Looking for some help here selecting a new phone. I have some very specific criteria that the phone is capable of
1. It must have a mapping system that gets you lost
2. I want a nice purple glare when I use the phones camera to take pictures
3. It must have an aluminium body, preferably chipped and scratched straight out of the box.
4. Finally, I want to pay £550-£600 for these privileges

Any recommendations as to any phone that fits the bill most welcome.

> In reply to Mr Rule @ 2012-10-03 16:49 from PF5n - click to readno one cares about your apple fan boy garbage, just look at the product you're supporting. Panoramic shoots, 4 inch screen, 4g speeds. You do realize none of that is new, panoramic shots was a feature on the G1 which i will remind you was the very first Android phone ever made. 4 inch screen is a joke at this point, again that was something we had what like 3 years ago and 4g well i think we know where that is going. the point is you're just like every apple fan boy, you act as if it does not exist until apple has done it even if it's been out for years. the samsung bump commercial is a perfect example of how all apple fans are. Stand in line next year again for a completly outdated piece of shiny garbage, i'll be busy getting free apps, enjoying quad core and LTE while your new iphone does what my phone did 2 years ago.

> In reply to neutral @ 2012-10-03 03:20 from vaPm - click to readMy goodness... uses other 'brand' like android. Dude... what planet are you on. Those are running softwares. iOS is based also on unix and android is on linux which is also based from old unix system. Where's the innovative cry on that. I think most of the apple fanboys here are, pardon my french here, Stupid. They just blab and can't get the facts right where all the patents from apple are created from other people who didn't patent their creation. One good example is the magnetic power supply for the macbook which they patent and saying that they created it, but in reality it was created back before iphone or macbook ever existed from a chinese company where they INNOVATE it for safety reason. At that time, patent on that design was useless and fast forward to present... woohoo... It's like taking candy from a baby... and probably people wont notice it... well it's a good thing steve died early..

> In reply to iSJ5 @ 2012-10-03 10:56 from t7Xh - click to readYes we can. At least the plastic does not come out of box scratched. And as stated plastic is very durable to too. Also very easy to manage, does very well with heat, is cheap to make(not at quality unless you use crappy cheap plastic which this is not), and can still feel and look nice.

Ok. So it's Apple's first ever durable phone. Point? You also have to take in consideration that size has a lot to do with the results and the difference in drop angles and force. None the less yes the Iphone is finally drop durable

> In reply to iSJ5 @ 2012-10-03 11:00 from t7Xh - click to readIf you are gonna look at it that way it's because the hardware in Android is actually being used as to where it's not so much in IOS.

In reality both have some battery issues just as most phones do. Nothing is perfect and just saying one or the other does nothing but eat battery is just trolling
