hey mr. butler(cook), r u sleeping?? wake up n grab those billions of money as patent infringement in new device, note 2... i guess after the shape(rectangular with rounded corners) their eyes will be on the matter of size, now they will sue note 2 for size as iphone 5 have increased size n galaxy note 2 also have increased size... but question arises that samsung r increasing size of phones from ages but thats not gonna work as samsung havent patented it yet n apple have patented it...new trick from apple...

> In reply to [deleted post]Itís not about the cheap plastic they sell; itís about ďwhat is insideĒ that matters. How cheap quality aluminum Cupertino used in iPhone 5, everyone is aware of itÖ so this is way better than those low grade metals. Itís disappointing to open a new box of your phone and see chirps and dents on it?
Well you apple fans will never understand this because youíre iBlinds and completely brain washed by Apple. Iím not a fool to stand in a queue overnight to get a phone, and I said PhoneÖ not a Super Smartphone that this cheap plastic company makes! So itís iPhone and not iSmartphone! They prefer calling themselves best and some shade people tend to believe them too. Well, itís about how you prove it! Give me one good reason to say iPhone is superior to any other smartphones out there? And remember I said one GOOD reason. So donít you dare to call it build quality! We all know the aluminum issues with apple phone now and moreover iOS features as well. Some of those features were present in feature phones way back in history! What else, lemme guess, TomTom maps? You really want to call it innovation? Panorama! Wow! Thatís an amazing new feature right! What else, 3 new wallpapers! You can even now reject calls via sms! Thatís cool isnít it!
This cheap plastic is way better! Put JB in SGS3 or HOX and experience the real super smartphone.

Let's see how that turns out for Apple ahaha and the other fine of 707 million, do you really think they'll win?! Apple's greed will be their end! And why they only win on their home ground and not in all other countries?! Oh right, thats the awser ;)
