I am as of now the update is not yet available. However you will be receiving a notification on the phone when the update is available.

tmobile devices dont have the 4.2 software update yet. once its released to their customers you should have this option. unless ofcourse you root your device. sprint customers currently have this option.

We found out today that AT&T and Verizon do not yet support the multitasking, but will at some point. Evidently Sprint snd T Mobile do support it now. This is in NewYork

I went to Samsung Kies and I have the most recent update but after holding down the back button, I still cannot pull up the multi tasking bar? Can anyone help?
