I Just purchase Samsung Galaxy Note II but i can't update Split-Screen Multitasking by hit software update it not happen to update for my phone. please help me how to update my phone to Multitasking.

Long life battery ,,,after trying many phones and modeles Note 2 is amazing ... no need to charge it daily , guys it last with me for almost two days

I am In India and i got two update files. One for around 38 Mb and the other i dont remember the file size. However the phone is just superb.

Got my Note 2 yesterday here in the UK and as soon as I switched it on it updated the firmware straight away. The split screen function is great and doesn't slow it down at all. Feel for you guys who have to wait as it is a great piece of kit but you wont be disappointed once you have it..
