To be honest, after looking at my sister's Note 2, I think it's not sharp at all, quite the opposite actually. The text looks blurry as opposed to on the original note 1.

From the reviews I have read the note 2 is sharper (because its not pentile) and is a lot whiter (doesn't have the blueish tinge on the white colours)... will let you know :-)

> In reply to Bunyip @ 2012-10-09 02:54 from 2Gpx - click to readNote 2 is better. I just got my sister that phone actually (again, I had her upgrade her AT&T line, purchaed iPHone 5 64gb for 424 and auctioned it off for 1200 -- yeah she got a bit more for her iphone -- and then turned around and purchased her a BRAND NEW G-Note 2 for $706.00 from ebay)...

But yes, the Note 2 is good, but I wouldn't say its better than S3. The text on it looks blurry IMO, I think the original note had better screen.

I like to mention that not ONLY did I get 3 QUADCORE GS3'S for free but I also avoided paying $30 a month x 3 = $90 in data for 3 phones. Instead I now pay only $30 for ALL 3 phones data which btw is UNLIMITED. Yes its only HSPA+ but its still faster than many people's wifi. and best of all its unlimited and cost me just $10 per phone. Its ridiculous to be paying $30 per phone for LIMITED LTE data of 3GB when you can get HSPA+ for $10 if you buy an unlocked international phone.

GS3 is indeed the best smartphone ever. I'm with AT&T and I upgraded 3 or my 5 lines and bought iPhone 5. I later auctioned them off on ebay for a cool $1000 each. I spent 424 X 3 and made a handsome profit of nearly 2,000 dollars. I then turned around and ordered 3 BRAND NEW QUARDCORE GS3's from my PROFIT of $2000 and yet I STILL have $300 dollars left in my pocket.
