@ distributor king:

They have changed that, haven't they? Making the E51-E66-E71 as a similar design new line of business phones seems very Nokia to me. And they have done that in the past.

Distributor king, i think you are mistaken. These are 2 very real handsets. Nokia started using the 'Home' button for the E-series phones as seen in the E51, to garner user friendliness to Windows mobile phone users. The buttons that you mention on high end nokia phones are for the N-series and their regular models.

Im curious though, you said that you use 10-15 different handsets per week. But you are unaware of the 'home' button on the E51? I thought you would be.

These here smell like fakes... when did you last see a Nokia device with a Home button? The shortcut keys on most high-end Nokia are any of the following: Symbian menu (shaped with those kinda satellites chasing each other), Messaging (shaped like a pencil or an envelope), Multimedia (the 4 directional arrow heads or kind of a circle with cuts in it), Contacts (a square with a phone inside). I think it'd be fairly normal if they changed the icon for messaging and contacts, but the menu? I believe the house icon for Home is a property of a Windows system? Just check the E61, you don't have to go far, it's only a couple click away. Seriously people OK so you don't like Nokia. Fine, buy a Sony Ericsson, there's lots of good ones out there. Or a Samsung, they are making great stuff lately. Or whatever. I don't particularly like Nokia for its looks, I think their Motorola-ization is crappy. I didn't like the N81 and I seriously have trouble coping with the fact that most new devices take after that ugly (for me) design. The same I can say about Sony Ericsson, I can't believe they are making the same ugly candybar over and over. Thing is, I really like both brands for their quality and the results they have given me (ME) in the past. I probably use about 10-15 different handsets per week. I'm not fashion oriented but more of a geek, so I don't care for no iPhone or Prada, I don't care if my phone is shiny or looks battered. If you don't like Nokia, don't buy it. I don't care what phone you have, I'm not telling you which ones I have and which ones I use most for my work, because you shouldn't care. I don't see how it improves your life whether I like Nokia or not (unless you work for any other OEM, of course). If it bugs you just because, think about your life, maybe there's something more important in it than the fact that there's people who like Nokia when you hate it...

Wow, these phones are cool. I'm using an E65 (and an N82) right now, and I must say the E66 is a great upgrade of E65. I like how Nokia is starting to take on capital letters on their keypads, looks more elegant. And what kind of Symbian UI is E66 using? The notification bar at the stand-by plug-in is totally different than on the E65.

Please Nokia, I'm literally bored of waiting for the E71's release. Seriously thinking about getting the Q9 if Nokia delays the E71.

Beautiful! ive been waiting for these two for a while especially the E71. There is no Windows mobile device on the planet coming or available that I would buy over a Symbian S60 device. Other than the display, The N95 has everything the HTC Diamond has and its came out years ago so stop hating on Nokia.

Both are disgustingly ugly phones. And there are far better options on the market already to both of these, especially with the nice HTC's rumoured to be coming. I really feel Nokia need to come up with a completely unique and new style as the current one just produces one more ugly phone after another and there performance is becoming inferior to other brands. Sorry but these phone seem like another let down from the biggest selling brand in mobiles. If there weren't so many die hard arrogant Nokia fans basing there lives on their past phones then this would not be the case.

belive me those phones are fake...u will see..a have a fake sirocco gold and it is identical to the original(interface, icons, software) till u open it and see the mainboard and other parts, the only difference is that it has only 64mb of memory instead of 128mb,and is written made in finland on it(in europe nokia produces sirocco and luna only in germany),all this new fakes have written "made in finland" on them, and many of you have fake phones and you don't even know...

I don't think they are fake...they're the real thing. Think we'll have the confirmation in a few days.
The E66 is a good succesor of E65. Great features and a better design.
BUT the E71 is kind of a dissapointment for me (am a E61i user). Why did they feel the need to shrink the display. It killed the hole charm of the phone. The new design makes it longer somehow and it resembles with a lot of other phones like HTC and Blackberry. You can no longer put a spot on it from just a glance. So far everything else is better ..the phone is slim , I like the buttons , but I will NOT buy this E71 instead of my E61i because I will loose the advantage of a wider screen when I navigate the internet, watch movies or even write mails on it.
Sorry Nokia..not a great move in my opinion !!!
