I recently updgraded my note to Android 4.04. I was surprised at how much better it was and the upgrade also brought pop-up play. I can only imagine how small the gap will be between Note I and Note II once this comes out.

Samsung - I am impressed !!!!

Symbian is not top of the line that we all agree on but it was the first real smart os, calling it a feature OS is just ignorance. If the UI designers did do such a bad job the OS could still have been king of the hill.

I doubt there's much Android can do that Symbian can not do. And no, im no Nokia fanboy, I'm 100% into Android would not change, however I hope that Nokia can recover and eat apple market shares..

Samsung isn't the number one producer for smartphones for nothing. Copied or not, that fact remains because Samsung knows what the masses need and want, and provides electronic parts what other producers of other brands need, even what you use at the moment.

You Samsung fans some Crybabies.

Everything you don't get, you can't build the gall to congratulate the OEM that does have it, but instead, you spend your time whining and nagging for some unlucky dev to bring it over to your ungrateful and undeserving selves.

Ridiculous. I'll never support your brand.

> In reply to Anonymous @ 2012-11-05 15:49 from vaNH - click to readHuh? The first Note was the most advanced and well features stocked until the S3 came out. I've had it almost a year now, and has served me well for a tool in my work & leisure. To say it's "mediocre" is an understatement. I am getting the Note II once it comes out in black 64 GB, but the first Note is still impressive & goes to my wife. Yes, I have read & seen video comparisons between the 2, tried demo units, and I'm impressed with the S Pen width control. I honestly don't perceive the difference in how the screen is better, or how lag was reduced. I just want the bigger memory capacity and the new wireless All-cast system to a smart tv or HDMI projector.

For the meantime, I'll see what the JB update will do while waiting for the GN2 64GB.

Get you head out and stop dreaming fanboy!

Samsung build their own phones that's why they rarely get to repair "Software error is not related to build quality" while Nokia can't hold for straight 6 months because they have cheap build quality.

N8 LOL its not even a smartphone what is the update for? Enable call waiting LOL

Get lost with your dead meat Nokia no one is interesting in that kind of outdated cheap crap "Nokia".
