Why the Lumia 820 will be available only in black? It's that phone, which has the funny exchangable covers again, so it's weird it's only in black... then again, buying a different colour back cover is easy enough to fulfill your wishes of another color.

How can you judge a whole community on the basis of a single person's mistake and the one who never mentioned anything about using WP?

And actually it's pretty dumb to compare your "unlocked" plan with people who are going to have a "locked" plan.

Off contract the phones are about the same, but ATT reduced the price of the Lumia 920 do to it being and exclusive phone for them. The HTC 8X is not an exclusive phone so ATT has no need to further subsidize it.

TL;DR It's because the 920 is exclusive to ATT

...on a 2 year contract, Yeah right. What a deal, yoheyy... 2 years on a WP phone, what kind of punishment is that? And how much to pay monthly?

I paid $749 cash for my Note 2 and get a way with less than $3 a week for texts plus 2 hours call, and 35MB data. I have Wifi at home so the data is enough, around 150MB per month is ok if i dont do too much streaming video.

$2.80 per week x 52 is $145 a year. Plus i can change sim/carrier at own will, and use local simcards when abroad (which i often am for up to months at the time), not like contract phone that is locked to one provider to force you to pay those terrible roaming fees.

With the money i save every month i buy a Sony Yuga next year, while you all still it with your Lumia till November 2014!!! Thats until Christmas in Two Thousand and Fourteen...

lumia 920 is far ahead of 8x.. HTC itself doesnt compare its 8x with nokia's lumia 920..any dumb person would buy 8x for 200 than lumia920 for a 100!!! check it for yourself at

Dats very aggresive pricing from nokia.....microsoft means buiseness this time they arent beating aroud bushes like last year....only thing which is setting wp8 back is comparative lack of apps.....but they are gng to catchup as its nw easier to port apps from windows 8....it wont be long we will start havng apps like km player, or may be same old game like half life on wp8.......i wonder how google feels about it....android is awesome but it isn't future proof.....microsoft is a giant they can provide seamless connectivity across different platforms they provide and now with best mobile company in their grasp they can do wonders to cell phone world.......
