1080p is overkill for the screen size. Its just uneccessary waste of CPU power to process the added pixels.

sony is good but oftenly late in releasing their flagship.

Now is when this device should be released to compete with Optimus G, Nexus 4, etc not next year when the competition will probably have moved on to A15 Cortex SoCs. Sony's Flagships are always a six months behind the competition. Sad because they'd have real potential if released on time.

Looks really cool... The advantage is superior hardware and latest firmware. Thankfully its not like Xperia S which is somewhat inferior to the competitors from the day of release. Good job by Sony.. :)
