I'm guessing this is because they no longer view HTC as a rival and plan to purchase all their patents.

As a HTC one X and fan this is great news.

Both can then fight laggy Phone 7.5 & 8
with patent sues.

I want more lawsuit, sue, & countersue from apple. Apple should also start patent lock all their innovation.. Just like the panorama-google copy it again with paborama sphere!
