why apple doesnt bother sony or lg?..because the iphone 4 is too similar to lg prada or some others sony in which apple has inspired its models.look at the ipod nano is a lumia design.but of course apple get the square design patent..that is insane

Oh well, since people are not really buying htc smartphones due to overhigh prices, low grade tech and stupid self righteous overcoolness, they don't have to worry about paying that much money to apple.
They wanted to be the apple of the android army world, didn't they? Now they got some of that wish coming true. All that hate for overpriced and over'sensed' smartphones. Sense sucks and sucks more RAM than touchwiz and Sony UI put together. Htc bieber!!!!

if I buy HTC phone that means I also pay to apple. no thanks.

I own a HTC phone, but this will be the last one. sorry HTC but you're destroying your company image by doing this.

I am gonna send Vin Diesel to deal with Apple as XXX advernce, if they catch him then I will never buy HTC phones again. The greedy company of the century.

HTC is not really a big company. Check out the link and see for yourself that the global share was/is a pretty much small number not even 3%. It looks like a marketing hype to show the world that there is a powerful company called HTC which can make settlement deals with Apple. HTC is a dying company on its way to its grave...
