Nokia started the unibody trend, then HTC followed but couldn't get the job done like Nokia's quality. even a child can notice that HTC 8x looks like a lumia. im not saying 8x copied the 920, but im pointing out that it copied the concepts of nokia's earlier handsets which are N9 and L800. now, tell me that HTC didn't copy Nokia.

$g on a windows device doesnt necesarily means LTE in my country there is no LTE network and my nokia lumia 710 shows 4g

4G on AT&T means HSPA+ not LTE. AT&T has a separate LTE option. Also T-Mobile uses 4G for their HSPA+ and they don't have an LTE option. So depending on the carrier they were on 4G might not mean LTE.
