I am almost sure it is Pentile RGBG. Sure, maybe it makes no difference at this PPI, we have to wait and see, but Pentile is less than optimal and thats enough for me. And, 5 inch is kind of small for me. Hope Note III will have RGB Full HD display, but for now i am much more interested in the rumored sony yuga anyway.

I would like 3000mAh batteries more.
But i guess they just can't fit so big battery in the phone, because the phone would not be thin anymore..

Sure they might do that but I guarantee it won't be the Galaxy S4. That will get shown later at Samsung own event later in 2013
