But lcd screens certainly don't need it because the human eye cannot see the difference between 720p and 1080p in sub 5" lcd screens, it's a cheap gimmick that case.

When will they stop increasing ppi on displays? When single pixels are not visible under the microscope anymore?

> In reply to jbpianist28 @ 2012-11-17 11:54 from 2CE8 - click to read720p is plenty for a fone! Pushing the resolutions to HD and eventually UHD (4K,8K) will also make the devices more and more Im"mobile"! This is a worrying trend being started by the companies! Most people dnt want giant sized fones! Don't the companies understand what people want, they're just hardselling these overpriced and oversized devices to us!

Maybe time for a 4.9" phablet, a 4.71" note, a 5.2" note max and a 4.68" galaxy B or maybe another 4" mini galaxy B next week perhaps?

The first samsung employees and managers think about in the morning of new working day is "Yo.. what do we have to launch this week.. our previous new galaxy model launched last week went not so well..."

For those of you who complain about screen size and how Big its becoming, understand that Samsung has produced choices, from 3 inch to 10 inch, if you want bigger go buy a Samsung TV.

If you insist on buying S3 or S4 then it comes in the size its produced. if you want bigger get a NOTE-2, even Bigger get a tab or note 10.1. you want smaller there are plenty of choices there too.

For the apple fan boys.. you dont have choice.

Galaxy S4 is truly a SMART smartphone with Auto-Rec Phonebook.

Samsung engineer please add this very usable feature to S4.

Can Samsung add a feature to their phone as Auto-Rec Phonebook.

I mean to say this feature enables to record a number by speaking the number to the phone.

You don't have to type the number on the keypad of your phone because your phone records and store this directly to your phonebook.

I know this (my) idea is quite plutonic but with innovation this is possible.

If any phone can do this, that's truly a SMART smartphone.

Be smarter guy

SGS4 will be at least "as Same Size as SGS3" with less bezel

I reckon it's gonna be even smaller than SGS3..

And I understand it is person's preference about their smartphone size...but seriously SGS3 is rediculously big for you?... Are u kidding me?

Can you also say that with 4" screen, for example IPh5, you can have better screen experience while browsing, playing games, watching videos?

No! you might say I am OK with that but the fact is that always "the bigger, the better for those amusements" , of course until the certain size..

In conclusion, I don't care if you prefer big size screen or not,,, but PLEASE don't tell me that "I don't like it because it is too big to put your poket or to handle or I have to use two hands?,,,blah blah blah... because it really sounds like you just want old tech and old trend of samrtphones and don't wanna accept changes and new trends..

Think about this

Q: Can 4"screen is prefered than 4.8" on smartphone?
A: Yes

Q: Can 4"screen is better than 4.8" on smartphone?
A: You kidding me, Right?

Ok well I wish 5 inches is the biggest screen we'll see for a smartphone tho... bigger than that I would buy a tablet.
