OMG! If rumours start to heat up like this, nokia wont be able to sell their flagship even A million this year .

Release it soon samsung before MWC This will be far ahead of upcoming iphone 7

Samsung already have their own 13MP Sensor technology and its better than Sony's.

Will it be Pentile or the odd rgB of the note II sort of display.

Sure at that pixel density Pentile is no problem, but with others sporting LCDs with RGB at that density, the pressure is on Samsung to show that their Amoled is juat as good.
So practically they don't need RGB, but in the competition, they do.

Heck, 1080p on ~5" is a bit overkill, really, and they could save some batterylife going for lower resolutions, really... But then they might have app compatiblility issues... in this case competition once again is more about sepcs than real life performance (as with most of the megapixel race, even though there are clear excetions of the rule)

Quad Core A15 @2GHz Rumors?!!
If the S3 Galaxy release was any indication reality will be roughly half of rumor. With that in mind i'd wager that the final S4 will be a Exynos 5250 @ 1.5GHz

It's okay to have a 5-inch screen on a PHONE if it will have zero bezel but I doubt that as there will be no space to house the front camera and other sensors.
