Rumors: Galaxy S IV to have 13MP camera, quad-core A15 CPU - read the full textThe Samsung Galaxy S IV rumors are heating up - the 4.99" 1080p Super AMOLED screen was brought up again as was the Exynos 5450 chipset rumors (with quad-core Cortex-A15 CPU). The camera has also caught the attention of the rumor mill and apparently it will be a 13MP shooter. That sounds...

Samsung releases plenty of devices anyway, so if 5" is the flagship, they'll have a 4,5" 4,8" stepdowns with proper HW and latest SW. People dig large phones but there are always alternatives.

But why would it be PenTile, if Galaxy Note II has SuperAmoled (no Plus) and it is a non-PenTile matrix display?

This is ridiculous. Phones are getting bigger and bigger each year. Can Samsung just settle at 4.8 inches and just instead improve the quality of their phone screens because their SuperAMOLED HD displays suck in quality compared to Apple's retina display and Nokia's PureMotion HD+? And 1080p on a miniscule phone screen is just so unnecessary. Even my 30-inch monitor is only 720p.

Don't think it should or will have 4 cores @ 2GHz, the 5450-T658 is a power hungry combo, and they better keep them cores at 1,7GHz.

The Nexus 10 performs just great with half the cores and twice the pixel, and occasional lag is due to bad optimization of Chrome or games. Battery life should not be compromise just so the S4 being 4x faster than the S3 insted of 3,5x.

people people people... throwing a 13 megapixel camera in a phone doesn't make it better infact it can make it worse, unless they make the sensor big like nokia dose,

they threw an 8 megapixel camera in the s3 with such a tiny sensor and look how much noise it has... it is one of the worst 8 megapixel cameras I have ever seen

why are the phones getting bigger and bigger? who needs HD on a mobile handset? first the battery on every single smartphone is no good?

the number of S3's on sale on ebay is humangous.

if someone wants big handset, they should buy the note 2.

Please Samsung make S4 4.3 to 4.5 inches, not bigger.

5" screen for me its perfect since I don't have girl hands, and I hope it will come with a removable battery to add my 5000+mAH.

I don't think not having "Plus" means pentile anymore.
The Galaxy Note II doesn't have a Super Amoled HD Plus screen but it still has 3 sub pixels per pixel.
