Wow you apple fan boys are something else! You trolls think apple should sue everyone who is a threat! As for suing this company, why? For what? It looks nothing like an iphone, screens bigger micro USB headphone jack on top run Android SD card slot. And yes its wise to leave Samsung alone, its cost apple far more then the 1 billion they were awarded!!!

so you're all saying that because apple created a phone ( not invented) that happens to be black on the front and silver or white around the sides that no other company is allowed use those colour combinations? the original meizu did look like the iphone from the front but not the back. apple does not own colours but im sure they will try and patent black and white and sue anyone who uses those colours. well done china copy the hell out of them with your fake apple stores. I AM NOT A SAMSUNG FANBOY infact i actually own an iphone 5 and a experia s i just really hate the apple as a company

Apple can't sue this company, because Apple have no power in China. Every Chinese company have power to imitate. They can even imitate 3D hologram stickers. I have even seen iphone 4 like carbon copy.

Apple tried... Because one of the Meizu phones was exactly like iPhone 4. But China is one of the countries who can copy everything and no one can do anything there. They are protected by government.... Sad but true.
Go to China and you will find even fake Apple stores :)

This is the difference between large companies and small companies. Although Meizu has a very good product but it still not able to produce and sell as many big companies do. Meizu products technically better than, say, Sony or Apple, but still not sell as good as they sell. Selling products not only sell, but also financing, distributors, operators, service centers, branding, reputation and alot more.

lookd very slim but y every company trying to get their phone as slim as posible?i would sacrifice 1mm of thickness for 1000mah more on the battery. every one should learn from motorola .over 3000mah on a 4 inch ish screen.
